Ludicrous in these days of government imposed austerity, that the hoi polloy can still disburse taxpayer pounds in an entirely wasteful manner without EVER being called to account or accept responsibility for failure by being required to pay the money back into the public purse. This lack of responsibility is NEVER passed down to taxpayers who are ALWAYS held responsible for any money disbursed by taxpayer funded organisations - especially when those organisations have a history of and consistently and repeatedly FAIL. THIS MUST STOP AND IT MUST STOP NOW!
