All complete or partial parking on pavements to be fined on the spot, including public service and police vehicles. Problems caused to the blind,disabled and other obvious victims would be eliminated. Damage caused by vehicle parking, and associated costs will also be reduced. Although already illegal, little or zero policing currently exists.
