Rejected petition Dzhokhar Tsarnaev is innocent

On behalf of the British citizens, I believe that Dzhokhar Tsarnaev has not been given fair justice. Yet the media and U.S government have implied this man carried weapons of "Mass destructions". I want the British public to acknowledge that Dzhokhar is innocent untill proven guilty. To add, there has not been any solid evidence to beelieve Dzhokhar is guilty.
