I would like the government to stop big supermarkets and meat suppliers pumping meat full of water.I purchased 2 kilos of chicken from a well known supermarket and after I cooked it, it only weighed 1.1 kilo.i expect some shrinkage but not to that extent.It makes the meat tasteless .You buy bacon and just end up with a pan of white water and its tasteless.I want to buy 2 Kilos of pure chicken not 1 kilo of water and a kilo of chicken . Or make them sell it in a after cooked weight.
