Rejected petition Drunk people should be charged for hospital treatment

As we are a nation of binge drinkers.I believe that to tackle this crisis of people getting really drunk and expecting the NHS and Police force to clean up the mess.

We instead charge the hospital and police bill to anyone who recieves medical treatment for drinking related incidence.

This petition is aimed at the binge drinkers, alcoholics would be void.
