We the undersigned have read of the proposals in the media for a new Library & Resource Centre, to commemorate the life and memory of Baroness Margaret Thatcher.

We believe that this would be an invaluable resource, not only for future Conservatives, but as a historical reference for our children and furthermore, would be a wonderful attraction of significant interest to visitors from overseas.

We would like to register our whole-hearted support for this plan and would ask the government to ensure that every measure is taken to ensure that the Library goes ahead as soon as is practical.
