Rejected petition Animal testing

As i realise we are years away from banning animal testing all together, (especially in the medical industry) All i am asking is the government make it a legal requirement for non pharmaceutical companies to clearly label whether or not their products, or any of their products ingredients are tested on animals, be it by themselves or by another company. This way the consumer can make an informed decision before they purchase the product.
