In the past week, the residents of Sale West estate in Manchester were informed that an ornamental helicopter would be placed outside our local community centre to increase business and educational facilities for people out of the area.

All this has happened following a increase in the residents rent charges, when there is repairs / improvements still needing to be done. to homes, the park and other areas of the estate.

We would like Irwell Valley to approach the residents properly and collectively to discuss what this money is going to be spent on in our community. We are the ones who have to live here, so we would like to decide.
