The law instigates that Balisongs are illegal to even possess let alone carry outside.

I believe that this is destroying a form of 'Art' calling "Flipping" in which the user of the knife performs flips or spins and twirls for aesthetic effect.

I believe the law should change so that it is legal to import, create sell and manufacture.

However, I still believe that the blade should remain illegal outside the holders property.
