This petition is to allow more people especially the elderly to take there dogs in to the shops and post offices there is a massive increase of dogs being stolen for profit making and also the most terrible one of all for dog bait this is we're people are stealing dogs for training there illegal dog fighting and These dogs are put through a terrible ordeal savaged to bits and left for dead. This can be dramatically changed if the government force the shops to allow more dogs in there premises like Dr,s pharmacys shops post offices and meany more like this. This problem is becoming a massive and needs urgen attention
