Petition breatherlisers in cars

All cars should be fitted with a breatherliser that is electronically connected to the car engine. before the car is able to be started the breatherliser reading should be BELOW the alcohol limit. The government should bring this in to law.

If the reading is ABOVE the alcohol limit for driving safely, then the car should be prevented from starting therefore enabling the car unable to be used.

To prevent other people doing the breath test for someone else there should be a finger print security feature which is some what similar to what is used on computer security.
