Petition Gps should go back to working out of hours and doing call outs for their own patients.

I think that following the recent and by-gone failings of 111, NHS Direct and out-of-hours 'care' we should see a re-negotiation with all NHS General Practitioners to see them take proper care and responsibility for their patients. I would like to see a return to the old system of call outs and after hours care by your own GP who after all, is meant to know you best.
