Horses and ponies need these FIVE BASIC RIGHTS.

The right to FOOD.
The right to WATER.
The right to MEDICATION.
The right to SHELTER.
The right to ROAM FREE ( NOT Tethered ).

This is 2013 not 1890, these pour creatures are being neglected on a horrific scale. All around they are being abandoned, starved, frozen, beaten and cruelly maltreated to death. If you can't afford the animal, you shouldn't have it. They are dying from terrible diseases, riddled with worms, strangles, covered in lice and maggots.

THIS SLAUGHTER HAS TO STOP, NOW, it is time for their 5 BASIC RIGHTS to be enforced by law and TETHERING HAS TO BE BANNED for good.
STOP IGNORING THIS CRUELTY AND DO SOMETHING.
