Rejected petition dogs owners should not be liable for attacks against burglars

A new law has been proposed to make dog owners liable for attacks on intruders in the home when the owner is not present... This law needs to be abolished. A dog should be allowed to protect their home from burglars it should be the intruder that get punished not the dogs and their owners!!
