Decrease student loans and make it retrospective in the form of tax credits to those students on the current system. This could be paid for by increasing taxes on Global businesses, high earners, beneficiaries of exstensive free health care for avoidable ailments (Sport injuries, smoking etc). Basically stop the slow creap of shifting the cost onto the student when society benefits as much if not more.http://www.guardian.co.uk/educat...read the article attached and see if you agree with me
