Rejected petition care homes should go by dependancy not numbers

Please sign this e-petition. Many health care assistants are physically, mentally and emotionally drained due to cqc having the rules regarding numbers/ratios. Hopefully with enough signatures, cqc will take notice and think more of the people who actually do the real physical work!!!
