To enact legislation which will protect the United Kingdom from losing its seat on the UN Security Council.

Specifically to enact an automatic exit form the European Union in the event that the UN, or any member of the UN, should successfully challenge the United Kingdom seat on the UN Security Council; on the grounds that the UK is no longer a Nation and only a Member State of the Nation of the European Union.

It is not in the interests of the UK to lose this seat of political influence and no benefit, perceived or real, from membership of the EU, can be worth such loss of UK influence in the world.
