We the people request the Government scrap the PFI system in it's current form, as it is allowing private companies to bleed the country dry because the contracts the Government sign allow them to charge pratically what they like, e.g. £300 to change a light bulb in my local PFI financed hospital. Taxpayers need a better deal!
