Closed Improve employability by improving and re-instating mandatory work experience at year 10

Youth unemployment is rising and will continue to rise while ever a retrospective approach to work experience is allowed.

I want to see mandatory work experience return but not more of the same ad hoc placements, real work experience with recognised qualifications that employers will identify with.

Improve it, re-install it, see the results. Too many young people simply do not understand the real world of work
