The following acts are punishable offences in the United Kingdom.

1-using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to stir up racial hatred, [contrary to section 18 (1) of the Public Order Act 1986]

2-soliciting murder under the Offences against the Person Act 1861

3-possession of threatening, abusive or insulting recordings of sound, with intent to stir up racial hatred [contrary to section 23 of the Public Order Act 1986]".[25]

4- instigation of acts of terrorism under section 41 of the Terrorism Act 2000

These are all the things Altaf Hussain leader of MQM of Pakistan is guilty of.
