The anti-drugs war has been operating for over 40 years. Drugs are still having an impact on society and the cost of rehabilitation is prohibitive. 80% of prisoners are in prison due to drug related crime. Use the revenue from legalising drugs to fund rehabilitation and policing. Nick Clegg is right, legalise drugs.
