In Light of the recent murders of children (South London and Wales), this country appears to be taking a backward step when it comes to justice. A deterrent is required - jail sentences seem not to have an effect nor does rehabilitation. An innocent child and the parents deserve justice and justice should be knowing that if a life is taken then those who are responsible should face the consequnces and forfiet their lives.
