The Government should initiate an equiry to review the impact of the prior adminsitrations open door policy which has resulted in a benefits dependent underclass, with high additional load on the NHS, Education and public services.

The options to reptariate those who have arrived since 1995, and presecute those who permitted such damage to the country for their own political purposes should be assessed.
