All slow vehicles to pull over when possible on country lanes if 5 or more cars are following.

Also consider restrictions on large slow vehicles (Lorries and Agricultural) travelling on country roads during rush hour. This will get traffic moving at an acceptable speed and prevent dangerous overtaking
