Windchimes are irritating, intrusive and antisocial.
Those who put them up are the same by their selfish action.
This house moves that the installation of any windchime be a criminal offence and the manufacture of further windchimes be outlawed forthwith.
This is a serious issue and the passage of this bill would be a positive blow against the antisocial behaviour of the ignorant affluent.
