Dear Madam/ Sir
Altaf Hussain had been granted political asylum many years back. He is living a luxurious life which obviously can't be financed by British Government. There are allegations that he is behind a big network of money laundering through illegal activities in Pakistan.
He also regularly addresses crowds in Pakistan through telephone and some parts of his speech can very easily termed as inflamatory.
Its is requested that his sources of income be thoroughly investigated and his speeched be scrutinized under British laws:
1. Section 23 of the Public Order Act 1986: "threatening, abusive or insulting recordings of sound, with intent to stir up racial hatred"
2. Section 41 of the Terrorism Act 2000 : Instigation of acts of terrorism
