Closed Altaf Hussain be Investigated & tried

Dear Madam/ Sir
Altaf Hussain, Head of MQM, a political party of Pakistan runs the party from UK. His sources of income are dubious allegedly extracted from people and corporations through threats.
It is requested that:
1. His sources of income be thoroughly investigated and any ill-gotten money under his control should be returned to government of Pakistan.
2. His political activities be restricted to UK
3. He should not be allowed to address political rallies in Pakistan.
4. he should be tried under British laws for:
a. Section 18(1) of the Public Order Act 1986 - "using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to stir up racial hatred"

b. Section 23 of the Public Order Act 1986 - "threatening, abusive or insulting recordings of sound, with intent to stir up racial hatred"

c. ection 41 of the Terrorism Act 2000 - Instigation of acts of terrorism
