After two women who are in the public eye both having a double mastectomy, I feel all women over the age of 25 should be tested for the gene BRCA1, if we can find who carries this gene maybe we can prevent deaths from breast cancer, Recently, former Miss Venezuela Eva Ekvall died after a battle with breast cancer. She was 28 years old.
Surely in 2013 we should be doing all we can to prevent such diseases.
