This petition requests that a review of the judicial system is conducted, and that the death penalty is reintroduced in the United Kingdom for crimes such as infant rape and murder. The current penal system in the uk is not a deterrent in cases such as this, nor does it act to reform offenders, who repeatedly commit horrific offences upon release from the prison system.
