Britain must remain in the EU or British citizens, both retired or working who have chosen to move from the UK to Europe, will no longer be entitled to any EU healthcare or benefits and will be forced to take out private medical cover. This would be disasterous for pensioners who would not be able to afford the high cost of private healthcare in places such as France and Spain, and they would have sell up and return to the UK, thereby adding to the already overloaded NHS and Welfare State.
