We, the undersigned wish, HMS EDINBURGH be berthed permanently in Leith Docks, once decommissioned. Royal Yacht Britannia and HMS EDINBURGH would, help generate employment and, boost tourism. This would be an investment of Historical value against, short-term scrap value.
