Petition Lottery for Tax Payers

Levy a tax of one pound sterling per tax payer every week and randomly select winners via their national insurance number to recieve one million pounds tax free.

The number of winners is to be determined based on revenue raised I.e total ammount collected divide by one million.

Funding for the management of the lottery is to be provided through interest accrued on the revenue collected for the lottery tax and other reasonable measures to be debated.

Winners are to be selected randomly on a monthly basis.

Current prisoners are to be excluded from the lottery as well as individuals with over one million pounds of personal assets.

Individuals can only win the tax payers lottery once.

This is not designed to raise revenue for the government however the lottery should be self sufficiant so as not to add to the countries deficit or increase spending.

The idea is to provide all tax paying citizens with a higher quality of life and increased spending to boost the economy.
