Rejected petition North east Linconshire councel want us to remove our things off our babes graves

I am a farther of a stillborn daughter who was born 25 march 2012 and today I have found out that the NELC want us to remove all our plants windmills and other bits so they can grass over our childrens graves as tho they was not there and that is really wrong please read this web page to see that I mean
