It cannot be right that law abiding students can be required to pay back taxpayer pounds used to educate them when criminals who are kept safe, secure, clean and entertained at our expense pay nothing back for it. THERE MUST BE SOME COST TO CRIMINALS BECAUSE ACTUALLY BEING IN OUR PRISONS IS LIKE BEING IN A FIVE STAR ALL INCLUSIVE HOTEL.
