Rejected petition Get us out of EU human rights so we can deport islamic terrorists

After the appalling butchering of a British soldier on our streets in Woolwich, can our government at last take action to repeal the parts of the Human rights act that prevents us from deporting Islamic terrorists. Why are we bound to keep islamic terrorists in our prisons and claiming our benefits when their actions are so against the principals and teachings of their own religion.
