Rejected petition Woolwich Murder - Crimes against serving Military Personnel

I would like to propose that any crimes against serving miltary personnel [in this country and abroad] that are related to acts of Terrorism, such as the murder in Wolwich, be dealt with by a military court. Any sentance passed down should then be administered by the Miltary justice system.
