The George Cross should be awarded to the the following members of the public for the brave act in standing in front of terrorist to protect the life of a member of the military. The GC should be awarded to Gemini Donnelly-Martin, Amanda Donnelly-Martin and Ingrid Loyau-Kennett. The GC is the highest gallantry award for civilians in the face of danger.
