Those who deprive others of their freedom to live peacefully & enjoy freedom of choice & belief by acts of terror to force or fighten them into political, religious or other submission are in direct confontation of the continuing aims & progression of freedom within democracy. Their own right to life should be limited by their brazen decision to take others' lives. The state should therefore introduce forthwith the law courts' option to invoke the death penalty in such cases.
