Rejected petition legalize prostitution

I call upon H M government to legalize prostitution so long as its properly regulated. prostitution should only be legal in fit and proper establishments (ie brothels) and all prostitutes, male or female, must have regular health checks and all customers participating in sexual acts must be made to use contraception.
legalizing prostitution will reduce crime add more business to the economy and reduce sexually transmitted infections.
