We, the signatories of this petition, call for the restoration and application of the death penalty for the pre-meditated murder of members of HM Armed Forces and Emergency Services whether on or off duty, where the motive for the murder is related to the Victims’ service and where there is irrefutable evidence of the guilt of the accused, such as the murder of Drummer Lee Rigby in Woolwich, for who’s murderers the death penalty should apply retrospectively.
