Petition ban travellers from stopping anywhere other than campsites.

Make it illegal for travelers to stop in laybys, on private land/ farmers fields, with or without land owners permission. They should only be allowed to stop in proper holiday style caravan parks. Give police the power to remove offending vehicles after 24hours...and impound vehicles until proof of permanent address and insurance/ownership is supplied.
