I propose that the Government introduce an amendment to the constitution which obliges any Government to seek approval from the general public in the form of a NATIONAL REFERENDUM for any attack on another country, unless the armed forces of that state have declared war on the United Kingdom. True Democracy for the people, deciding the fate of our armed forces.
