Rejected petition create a new funding method for the BBC. using a similar method to Channel 4.

The government should change/reduce the direct tax licence fee system used to fund the BBC by changing its funding arrangemnets to one similar to that of Chat of Channel. Channel 4 is state owned but uses commercial money to function. A similar method should be used for the BBC.
