Petition Atos Kills

Three judges sitting at the Upper Tribunal in London ruled that the current system, which places the onus on the claimants to produce evidence of their condition, is unreasonable to people with mental health conditions. This petition is to change the way ATOS deals with mental health claimants including people unable to attend a medical. Agrephobic or house bound people who can not attend a medicaal wil loose their benifits! Dispite it being ruled unfair they continue to cause distress and in some cases suicide follows.Force them to make the change the Judges have ruled on.
