We the undersigned request that:

A) awareness of cyclists needs and rights be added to the UK driving test.

B) That a television and newspaper campaign be commenced to dispel the myths of "road tax", clearly laying out exemptions given for and the purpose of Vehicle Excise Duty, and that roads are paid for from general taxation. We believe that these myths as a fundamental causTe of aggresion towards cyclists.
