Closed Restoration of the Winter Fuel Allowance to 2010 levels

Due to the ever increasing cost of energy and the high profit margins made by energy companies, I would like the members of Parliament to debate restoring the winter fuel allowance to winter 2010 levels and to index link this allowance to the average increase of domestic fuel annually, fuels to include, Gas, Electricity, LPG, Domestic Oil and Coal. The increase cost to the taxpayer to be paid for by a tax on the industries relative to the individual industry price increases.
