Legal aid funding is limited to the realm of foreigners and criminals who use it to earn huge amounts of compensation in spurious human rights cases against the people who pay into it, which are much loved by lawyers and EU judges. Legal aid was never intended to be a method of individual enrichment of individuals who are cleverer than government lawyers so use of the funds against the taxpayer in human rights cases MUST be stopped.
