We urge the MoJ to abandon plans to cut legal aid any further as it will deprive vulnerable individuals of justice when they need it most.

We believe that the proposed legal aid changes will deprive people of access to justice in a way that is unacceptable. We believe that the residence test is discriminatory and that this and the other proposals in the consultation will leave people open to exploitation. We urge that legal aid not be cut any further.
