Many foreign transport vehicles are fitted with approx 2500 litre fuel storage, to avoid having to purchase fuel in the UK. To ensure foreign vehicles pay some sort of tax to pay for road maintenance (through Fuel TAX), there should be a fuel tank size limit of 500L.
