Rejected petition Prision's to be Punishment rather than Paradise.

There needs to be a crack down on Prisons, Jails, and Cells. We're paying taxes for Jail sentences for offenders to have a "dream paradise holiday" rather than a punishment. How will they know and feel guilty about what they have done, when they are getting new technology. They should just be given a book to learn from. Its time that prisons were a punishment as they were intended to be.
